How to remove an active effect...

Post » Tue Dec 13, 2011 4:10 pm

I want to get rid of an active effect on my character that is a racial attribute (weakness to fire) but I need to test if this is causing issues with another mod I have installed. Is there a console command I can type to actually delete/remove the active effect from my character?

I don't know if that command exists, but I think the UESPWiki lists every console command that's known.

Here it is: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Main_Page

player.removespell SPELL-FORMID

SPELL-FORMID = whatever formid your racial has. If it is of a default race with default racials, you can look it up at the uesp.net. If it is a custom race, you need tes4edit and wrye bash (or OBMM) to look up the formid (formid itself in tes4edit, the first two letters are the load order number visible in wrye bash or OBMM).
