blackscreen since patch : Crysis

Cant play Crysis 2 since the 1.9 patch.
If the game starts i only see the "eye" after that there is only a blackscreen with sound.

New installation, newest nvidia driver... nothing helps.

My system:
i5@2.8ghz
4gb ram
geforce gtx470
win 7

roll back the driver to what you used before. are you using the whql or beta drivers?

also you may need to get rid of some cvars if you are using a .cfg file.
