At one point in time I had all of these mods working correctly, but since my reinstall, there's been some problems. I was originally using just OBMM, but now even after utlizing BOSS I can't seem to get them to function together. Everything seems fine, but whenever I enter the Imperial City Market District, I can see the big "Notice!!!!!! You should not be able to see this notice..." on the ground. I've tried adjusting my load order a couple times, and the one time I had it where I couldn't see the message, my game had a CTD, and I couldn't subsequently load it again with OBSE.

Assuming you've installed all Better Cities OMODs/BAINs, you're missing Better Imperial City.esp.

Sorry, I must've deleted it out when I went to copy and and paste the report, and deleted all the extra crap. It's loading right after Better Cities Full.
