NPC Mages are ridiculous. Player Mages that are Illusion or Conjuration can be quite powerful, but never the "ridiculous" status of the NPC Destruction Mage that chain casts Ice Storm and machine gun fires Ice Spikes all day with their 0% cost Enchanting gear.
