I have the latest C2PRO EAI version 0.7 and it has been working great. But today as I tried to connect to our server I kept getting an error "Authorization Failed". I have changed nothing on the server nor have I changed any of the setting in the Rcon Tool.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Yes I have this problem, it's pretty game breaking I just had to restart the server during a full game because of it and a cheater.

The in game RCON is also a joke, how are you meant to ban someone if you can't cycle through names??

The external admin displays names of people connected to the server, most of the time.

Problem I had earlier is it wouldn't let me connect with the admin tool (kept saying configuration error), and the in game console is a joke. So I had no choice but to reset as the guy was walking through walls, the only way I could kick him off the server at that time.
