Lieutenant Boyd i like her
perk interrogater +20 to speech and unarmed
but if i could choose a movie character
bill from rampage because with that body armor hes unstoppable
perk i27 bingo +2 to luck

Gimme Loyal or one of the other boomers - it'd be nice to get a cool explosives perk...nobark could be fun too - if his perk was insanity and caused you to have weird nobark esque dialog options

I would have guessed that sunny smiles would have been one and I would have liked her to be. Just need to make her have some interesting backstory and companion quest.
