I was just wondering how many shouts you can completely max out, by max out i mean unlock all 3 levels of the shout. I have alot of souls saved up because i am saving them for the shouts i really want to have maxed but iam beginning to accumulate so many souls that i was starting to wonder if i can just start maxing all of them out. The dragons always spawn and show up so i figured you get a soul from each one you kill so technically it may take a long time but you should be able to max all 3 levels of each shout over time. Is this true? Please Help

There are infinite dragons, you don't have to worry about running out of souls.

since i have the feeling that the dragons spawn with every second fast travel (sometimes i really feel like they are cliffkillers 2.0), im pretty sure you can max them all.

i only have like 5 or 6 shouts so far, few on lvl 2 , most on 1, but i have... i think 26 souls over right now.

Ok good deal. If anyone has hit a wall or limit on how many they can max out please keep me posted, and if anyone has already hit a limit or has already maxed most if not all of them out please let us know as well. I just dont want to start blowing points and then the stuff i REALLY wanted is unobtainable then. Thanks

Maybe if you fast travel alot. I rarely fast travel and don't encounter all that many dragons. ^^
