I've got the lichcraft part from oblivion enhanced http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17479. Is it worth it to couple it with Moriarcis http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17479?

It's incompatible with Midas Magic I believe, but otherwise it's fine.

Moriarcis? Yes, I didn't play much but from what I've seen it's a well-made mod with a good atmosphere.

I tried that mod once, and it just didn't work for me. Mostly because all the NPC/Creatures were hostile, even when they are not supposed to be hostile.

For example, you are asked to go talk to someone in the City and also are granted the ability to trade with him/it. Everytime I when there I constantly got attacked.

Maybe there was a mod conflict or I installed wrong, but I couldn't figure it out. I am also running OOO/MMM.
