Hey guys, I just hit lvl 81 on the xbox 360 I am assuming thats the cap since i cannot earn anymore perks or skills. Anyways, I want to fully upgrade my gear and enchanements but I can't seem to get the alchemy potions over 25%. I was reading that if i made my set of alchemy gear 28% x 4 pieces that the potions would jump up to 32%. This is not the case. I cannot exceed 25% with any variation of ingredients. Blue Butterfly wings, Spriggon Sap, Snow Berries or Hagraven claws.

Anyone know why its not going up anymore? did the recent 3 meg patch fix this?

side question has anyone tested if the Dragonbone is actually sub par when fully upgraded compared to the Daedric? I know there is a lot of hear-say but no facts that I have found to back the claim up.
