What are the Morrowind rules again?

I am curious for the people who came back to Morrowind if they still play it like Oblvion or Fallout 3/New Vegas? I keep running away when I can't beat them in Battle. I forget in Morrowind that they don't chase you like in the other games. :). I keep trying to place and move objects like I did in Oblivion and then was wondering why they don't fall over lol.

My biggest problem is using Feather. I forgot I never used this spell in Morrowind, but I always used it in Oblivion. Now I remember why I mark and recall alot when carrying loot. I am starting to wonder if I should use a mod that gives us an Oblivion type feather spell.

Also I know in Oblivion you can only conjure one Skeleton, if you try to conjure a scamp, then the skeleton disapears. Is it the same in Morrowind, or is it you can have one of each? Can you summone more than one skeleton, or if I name one skeleton 1 and the other skeleton 2, I can have 2 skeletons.

Yes I have read the Morrowind for Oblvion players. Actually I am going to reread it again to see if it answers my conjuring question.

So what do you guys or girls keep doing that is habbit when playing Oblivion or Fallout3/New Vegas.

Well, I kept pressing Tab to go into the inventory, but that's it.

EDIT: Changed the wording

If I remember correctly, in vanilla Morrowind you can summon at least one of each creature. But if you use the Code Patch, you can create spells using the same effect several times. Like summoning 3 skeletons all at once, for example.

The only habit I kept from Oblivion in Morrowind, is to rob blind almost every building I enter. (My encumbrance tend to be a problem...)

You can summon as many creatures as you want, as long as they're not the same. One of each. And I haven't played Oblivion in about 2 years, so I'm in Morrowind mode.

I keep hitting my triggers or thumbstick to zoom in. I do miss this feature from Fallout 3/NV. I can't rememeber if Oblivion had this or not.

I just saw something about this the other day and this reminded me. I recently got the urge to start playing Morrowind again so I ordered the GOTY version after looking forever, waiting on it to get here now, so in my boredom I've been browsing the Morrowind wiki to get myself back in the mindset, this was really helpful.

Funnily enough, one of the first things I did when I started playing Morrowind (before Oblivion was even announced) was to make Tab the menu key. When Oblivion came out, I felt right at home.
