Anybody try this? It's $24.99, release date is September 4, 2009. I use the UESP wiki site a lot, but I like to have printed material such as maps available as well, because sometime the game crashes when coming back from hitting Esc + Alt Tab. I've been just trying to remember to quicksave beforehand, but it's a drag. Just wondering if anyone's tried this "eGuide" out. I'm guessing it's a PDF, but it doesn't say explicitly. Anyone know?

I use it as an off line additional resource. I got it when I first got the game, before I knew about UESPwiki. It is not bad. There are a few errors in it, but I find it helpful, and sometimes convenient. I quickly admit that UESP wiki is vastly better. :)

Thanks, Acadian. Can you confirm it's a PDF? If it is, maybe I can send it to my iPhone so I don't have to alt-tab out as much...

Oh, sorry, I don't know. I ordered the actual book in paper from an online bookstore over three years ago. Again, it doesn't have near what wiki does; knowing what I know know, I'm not sure I would spend $24 for it. I know Oblvion doesn't take well to being 'alt-tabbed'. When I need to go look something up, I actually close out of the game, go look stuff up and restart the game. :)

OK, I actually have that print edition as well, but here I'm talking about the eGuide which came out in 2009 and for which there is no print version available.

Well, if I decide to try it out, I'll post back with my thoughts on it.
