As the title says, I can't figure out how to charge my enchanted weapons. Any help is appreciated.

Open your "items" menu, scroll down to the magic item you wanna recharge, then hold the right key and it'll bring up a menu of (charged) soul gems to choose from to recharge it. I think it's the right bumper on the 360 controller, maybe it's "T" for the keyboard?

I wish you could press T straight form the quickslot menu
