There must be something wrong with my pc, but what?

First off here are my specs

Intel i5-2500 @ 3.7GHz
12GB GDDR3
Gigabyte PH67-UD3-B3
Ati 5770 GDDR5 OC.
Liquid cooling
Windows 7 64-bit

NO DX11

So on very high i use to get 75-90fps
now i get 25-30fps wtf/ This happens everytime now.
V-sync OFF all settings on Very High #
NO DX11

wth?!! any suggestions?

Yes it did, but this was actually during the 1.9 patch!

Unfortunately you're probably one of the people who's frame rates dropped a lot since 1.9

I have the same GPU and I have to play on High@1440x900 to have a good framerate. Very High@1280x800 is playable, but not smooth enough for multiplayer. You say you don't have DX11 mode on but, did you install the DX11 patch?

I have HD5770 and before 1.8 I played on Extreme @ 1920 and afterwards I play on High at 1600*900 -.-
