I just experienced the most absurd AI in this game I think.

I haven't seen anything like that, but that's still pretty funny.

The weirdest thing I've seen so far is Ysolda fall over dead for no apparent reason.

Same thing happened too me for just no reason at all.

I also started a new character and had just walked out the cave from helgen with Ralof and all of a sudden a DB assassin runs up and trys too kill me had the note and everything, couldn't help but think, "Fricken ex-wife always trying to kill me."

NPC's don't react when I drop stuff :(

Just tried it with a flawless diamond. Some lady told me not to drop my "junk" all over the place. That was it.

Well, I was in my house in Markarth, with my wife, Mjoll the Lioness. I am the Thane of Markarth so, I have the Housecarl. He's a guy, can't remember his name.

So, one day I come strolling in, and have a lot of loot on me I was going to put in my chest. Well, I go over to the dummy to set him up and I accidentally dropped my Daedric Helmet (Legendary) and the most hilarious thing ensued.

"Well..what do we have here.." said my Housecarl the instant I dropped it.
"Back off, it's mine!" Shouted my wife, Mjoll.
"Not if I get to it first!" retorts the Housecarl.
"AGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" screams Mjoll as she comes RUNNING out of our bedroom and literally knocks him out cold with one fell swoop of her Daedric Battleaxe I gave her.

I just sat there, horrified, as my wife stood over a bloody nord corpse, and said "It's good to see you again, dear!"

Yes. I think Mjoll has a loot fetish. I dropped some loot in the Riften tavern. She and Aerin killed a guy for it. I too was in shock. I did not realize NPCs would react that way. Plus she killed someone that I liked and felt sorry for.

I was totally going to declare shenanigans untill the rest started to describe similar moments... This is awesome. I never expected the AI to have this feature since it's normally pretty stale and boring, tbh.

When I did Diplomatic Immunity in the main quest line:

Spoiler
during the melee at the end of the quest when I freed the poor serving girl who had been imprisoned and subsequently tortured I guess she accidentally hit Malborn a few times and after the guards all went down he took he beat her to death with his bare hands.

I wonder how that would go with my mod that makes all companions essential. Longest fight ever?
