Anyone find themselves NOT picking up human flesh?

Post » Wed Dec 14, 2011 10:23 am

I am well-aware that Skyrim is a game. However, seeing as it is a role-playing game, I refuse to pick up human flesh based on conscience. I cannot get over it, and thus my potions will suffer. I know, cool story bro.

I am with you. My Nord Warrior refused to take part in cannibalism and even decided to kill the cannibals for their nasty habit. I might not get a perk from eating my victims, but at least I have a clear conscience, lol.

I just wish you could feed off of the dead bodies. Why aren't you able to skin a human for leather? Have you ever felt human leather, makes a really good baseball glove.

I try to make it a habit to taste every ingredient at least once. but when I saw human flesh and human heart, I actually stopped to think about it. I still have not tasted it, but, the items are in a cupboard at my house...

Same here. I accidentally ate a human heart, was debating on starting a new character. Stupid I know, just even pretending goes against my moral's. I didnt however, I just pretend it was a deadric heart.

My character is debating is debating the human flesh thing. She's currently only opposed to searching decayed and burned bodies for loot. That's just too disgusting for her.

My Nord warrior is ok with all that, but he won't search burial urns and desecrate the dead (other than the walking ones).

I thought that monk was just some extra follower because I forgot about that certain quest completely. I had him fight along my side with the sell sword from Markarth for many days. One random quest had me go return a statue to some merchant. I was near the marker on the map so the 3 of us followed it into.. a tomb.. uh? It looked familiar and there was no enemies to greet us. walked into the main hall and It still didn't clue in ( that my faithful companion was to be dinner). Once it clicked in- we slaughtered all of them, saved the monk, sat down at the table and had dinner. That shrine is creepy. the end.

I keep them for necromancy. To set up a house for my necromancer character. I will use them in potions but only a few of ny characters will actually eat human flesh. My really good characters will never posses human flesh. Depends on how you want to roleplay.
