Dead Dragons

Is there a way to remove dragon corpses? The college at Winterhold is looking like a dragon graveyard with all of the corpses there, it seems every other time I try to leave that place I get attacked by a dragon.

Well, mine seem to be rearranging themselves since the patch. The corpse of the first one you kill has fallen out of the sky onto my character in several different spots, although it's been in front of the Whiterun gate for awhile now. Recently I saw it sink into the ground there, but it fell into place again.

If you're on PC, press ` (next to the 1 key), click the dragon, and type "disable" (without quotation marks). Make absolutely sure you clicked the dragon and not anything else, first, though.

And don't forget to save your game and restart. You cant collect achievements after using console commands.

On the PS3 (and it might have been the recent patch), a couple of the early dragons I killed are gone now. One at the Mage's college and one at Morthal. They are totally gone. Maybe Dragonbone removal is another quality service of Greybeards Inc. They have to do SOMETHNG with their time, right?

Here I thought someone was having my problem. I keep entering areas and finding a dragon corpse that has not disintegrated into bone. I didn't kill it it was just there and dead. It would allow me to search it, but it never had anything. They vanish after a couple game days, but it is weird to have dead dragons as part of my random dragon encounters.

Achievements are the most useless things in games. LOL.
- You jumped
- You jumped high
- You slept 10 hours
- You killed a dragon
- You reached level 5
- You created a character
- Your game ran more than 2 hours without crashing
- You found gold
- You found more gold
- You saved a game
- You didn't use the console to fix anything that was broken, and still played for two hours
- You logged-in to steam
- You tweeted an achievement
- You looked at your achievements
- You are a male
- You took an arrow to the knee, and still adventured

That worked, though I admit the first two attempts I apparently targeted the foliage around the corpses and got rid of them first :whistling: Now only if I could target my bills that way.
