So after reluctantly downloading the patch I came to Jorrvaskr to find Skjor chilling in the dining room.

I had a similar issue before the patch.

Came back to a burning Jorrvaskr and dead Kodlak. Found Skjor dead next to a dead Silver Hand in the basemant / living area.

doesn't have anything to do with the patch,his dead body is returned to his bedroom after he gets whipped. 30game days forced a respawn i guess?
