You could also wait for the full Darooz Texture pack! He has started working again on his project

I noticed the darooz pack today. Apparently there are some places that are already done so you could have some retextures for your game. I've seen it suggested that you DL Qarl's first and then just overwrite it with darooz as the packs become available. Of course I haven't seen for myself if darooz is preferable to Qarl's so... it's not for certain you would want to do that.
