The game has been out for a month, it's a long way before we get a DLC. Even the CK won't be out until January, and think about all the patches they need to make...

It stands for downloadable content. It will be out in 2013

It will be more like FO3 DLC than Oblivion DLC.
The first two will have 30 days on the Xbox before other platforms.

Bethesda never said anything about release dates. All we know so far is they're currently working on two DLC and that they're supposed to have plenty of content in them unlike Fallout 3. Also, Xbox 360 is the first platform to receive it.
