OH HEY. I recently started a new Morrowind file. I'm running the game on Steam, as I've done before (though I've also played on non-Steam PC versions), and I usually have no trouble with screenshots or anything like that. Steam was being a little finicky about taking Morrowind screenshots, so I just enabled them in the MW config file like I normally would. Everything seemed fine. Pictures were automatically saved as BMPs in my Morrowind folder. No problem.

...until I actually looked at them. I loaded the files into Photoshop to save them as PNGs. As they loaded up, I noted that they looked really distorted, but maybe it was just because they were sized down. I full-sized each one and was perplexed to see them looking like this:

To be honest, I'd been playing late at night a few nights this week and some mods had freaked me out a little bit. Pretty silly. For one, I'm running MCA (which I've done for a long time), but I'd never encountered the content from 'The Undead' before. I found a ghost NPC in the hills near Gnaar Mok and didn't know what to make of it 'til I eventually realized what the source was. Also, I was exploring the island right outside Ebonheart and saw four guards in Bonemold armor in the distance. Not unsual. I wanted to see what they were doing, so I started walking towards them. The game lagged and they disappeared. Probably something to do with NPC schedules. No big deal.

This, though? Not sure how to explain this. This is creepypasta material. For what my word's worth, I haven't edited them one bit. I loaded them into Photoshop and saved them as PNGs, then uploaded them right to Imgur. That's it.

Anyone ever encountered this before? How do I fix it?
