Some how i dont think ill get past the first dragon encounter.

I made one, though I do use hide armor as thats the best looking light armor for Orc berserkers imo.

You can easily take down dragons with light, or no, armor.

Hell, my Bosmer wears full light armor, and takes down dragons easier than any of my other characters. He moves fast enough to avoid most of their strafes, and can pull of more power attacks and bashes before they take off.

Guy in the loading screen is wearing armor. It's some type of fur.

Also there's a mod that adds low level armor to the steel smithing perk, which will let you use that armor for a long time as long as you have a good smithing score.
