[WIP-REL] Oscape, landscape-lod generator

Yep, understand. I just put my texture BSA's in the data folder, though they are named Tex1 + Tex2, it looks like they are created correctly, I'm running it right now but it looks like Oscape created a proper maps based on the previews. Gotta run out the door now.

Okay, I updated a few detections in the Installer, and now it does install the DirectX-files instead of the NIF into the LLOD-folders (sorry):

If nothing crops up I declare it "stable", take care of the documentation, and push it on the Nexus.
