Put three on augmented damage, one for each element in the Destruction school.

Start leveling up your conjuration. Get the conjure atronach line up to twin souls when you can. Magicka reduction in that tree is optional.

If you're using mods just keep taking +damage in the destruction tree. Destruction doesn't scale up well by the time you're level 40ish in vanilla.

Master difficulty mage here

The level cap is pretty much 80, meaning you'll have more then enough to max the mage's perks.

use them on the perk for the damage of destruction , but raise quickly alteration for the mage armor and paralyze and avoid totally conjuration is totally [censored] up you pass more time to try to find a place to use the magic(need alot of space for cast) and when you done the atronach can't pass trought most of the door, if you want try this use only the necromancy part.

Atronachs are much better than undead. Either way at the end of the tree you get twin souls and you can use Summon Daedric Lord, though. Daedric Lords destroy basically everything.

As stated before, if you try to rely solely on destruction you are setting yourself up for defeat the higher you level. Destruction (vanilla-non modded) magic is not strong enough post lvl 30 so you need conjuration.
