Armored Boot Replacer using Vipcxjs

Alright, I'm a fan of the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36883 system and of skimpy, impractical, sixy armor, so I'd like to combine the two. There are tons of sixy armor replacers, I've downloaded a bunch and am actually using a combination of several, along with custom modifications of them. But no one seems to do anything to the boots.

Would it be possible to create a replacer mod to make all female armor boots in the game (Leather, Chainmaile, Steel, Daedric, etc etc) function as Real High Heel boots, for both my character and NPCs? This would be more advanced than just dropping a new mesh into the proper folder, so I think it would be a good project to get my feet wet with the construction set.

As far as I can tell, this hasn't been done, but its entirely possible I've missed/never found the proper mod.

No one? No thoughts?

Anyway, looking at the tutorial, the Blender/NIFSkope stuff should be fairly straightforward (and since these are boots, actually very simple, unless I decide to do something crazy like my idea for the Glass boots...), its the CS stuff that is gonna be the sticking point.

But hey, no better time to learn than now, right?
