What do you want to see in the DLC? For me...

Morrowind (west side on continent not previously in any game)

High Rock (long skinny land, easy to section off)

Atmora (makes sense, skyrim and all)

A oblivion dimension (endless possibilities)

Underground cities (Dwarves)

Floating islands? Perfect for dragons (cool idea)

Akavir (long shot, possible next elder scrolls title, lots of new material for series)

Some more involving the giants (there's allusions that they used to be civilized)

More about the Altmeri Dominion and specifically the Thalmor (maybe a faction and a counter faction, either a revival of the blades or knights of the 9)

Dwemer anything

There's a book, "infernal city" based in elder scrolls universe. Floating city that raises undead wherever its shadow passes. Sounds fun to play instead of read.

Falmer ruins, oh and somewhere I can spellcraft and get unlock spells... My mage seriously hates lockpicks...
