If that's really your load order, then no wonder you're having problems

Anyway I really recommend you use BOSS to sort that properly. I suspect that will fix your problem. I also recommend you install Wrye Bash and create a Bash patch. That's an awfully large load order to not have a Bash patch. It will make your mods run together better.

So here's http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1280759-rel-boss-better-oblivion-sorting-software/ - use that on your load order first.
Then install http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368. Just grab the 295-2 installer.
Then follow the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35230 on how to create a bash patch.

That might seem intimidating, but it's not really that bad. And you should find things work better when you're done.

So, i've created a bash patch everything worked well, except some mods and DB Chronicles ... so i've downloaded TES4edit and i was searching for problems there for a while until I found this, http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/221/beznzvuya.png/ ... maybe that's the problem why it isn't working form me .. i hope :confused:

The only vanilla NPC that would be an issue is Arquen, but that should be resolved if you're using a bash patch. You really should install the unofficial patch. Can't really suggest much besides start disabling your mods and see which is the culprit, especially the *ahem* advlt mods.

Yep, that's the problem. That Capucines Character mod is overriding ours. When you build your bash patch, make sure to import Actor: AI packages. We have set DBC with a bash tag to do that. So pick the Import Actors: AIPackages when you build your bash patch, and make sure DBC is ticked off in the right-hand panel when you do.

Also use BOSS to sort your load order - the bash patch should be loaded last. That should fix you up

And yes, you should run the Unofficial Oblivion Patch too. The thread is on this forum and should be on the first or second page.

OP has been updated with latest comparability info. The conflict with RST is minor, so you should be okay.

Also, we've moved servers, so links have been updated.
