Well since I can't play Skyrim on the ps3 right now

I think I may re-install Oblivion on my pc and play again. Have there been any really good mods released in the past couple of years? The last two I played were Oscuro's and the Lost Spires.

If you prefer overhaul mods, you may be interested in FCOM or http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39202.
By the way, http://www.moddb.com/mods/nehrim-at-fates-edge and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31692 are big quest mods and worth a try.

I think my mods are awesome, and they were all released in the past two years. Links in my signature :)

Seriously though, where to begin with that question? Thousands of high-quality mods have come out in the past couple of years, and a lot of the older mods have been "perfected" in that same timeframe. If you could give us a better idea of the sorts of mods you're interested in we could help you more.

I used to make mods until I took an arrow to the knee.
