i cant overright my quicksave or auto save : III

i get this message from the game as an error

Unable to complete operation due to failure removing previous file.
Temp file remains.

and some other things asking me if i want to continue running the game

please help me i want to play this game but i cant play 10 hours constanlty or leave the game running on my cpu all the time

Have you tried manually deleting these saves?

Failing that I'd suggest re-installing the game, but for all I know there could be a better solution :shrug:

Hi, dont know where else i should put this: Error Message: "Warning: Unable to complete operation due to failure removing previous tempfile remains. Continue playing? "Yes to all" will disable warnings this session." This means some application is still using your plugin file and the construction set fails to save your new version. Be careful not to press "Yes", as all your following saves will get lost with no error message. To solve this: Close your programs and reboot, when you get the errormessage for the first time. Does anybody know a better workaround, so you dont lose your newest save?

Two things...you must have admin rights to your Saves folder, but if you have already made saves, that shouldn't be a problem unless you're using a different account or something/one has changed your permissions. Barring that, if you have a slew of saves, try archiving some of them. More than 25 or 30 in the folder can cause problems.
