Dagger Perks?

Post » Wed Dec 14, 2011 11:50 am

Which Perks actually affect daggers. I'm thinking of playing a dual wielding rogue.

I know some Sneak perks work for daggers. I'm concerned about the One-Handed dual wielding perks and Armsman/Savage strike. Can you do power attacks with daggers?

Thanks.

the onehanded perks work with daggers, only the weapon specific perks do not work with daggers, also the enchantment "Fortify One-handed" does not affect daggers at this point in time.

Theres only one perk for daggers and frankly it makes it overpowered.

With a certain armour and something else, the modifier ends up at 90x normal damage.

So if my One-Handed is 50 and I wear an enchantment fortifying One-Handed by +10, for dagger attacks the One-Handed is still considered 50? Man I hope they get around to fixing the bugs like this in the game. Course being on the PC I'll get the 'unofficial patch' when it comes out.

It's not a bug when that mechanic is working exactly as intended.

Now, you can argue all you want about whether or not you like how it was designed, but calling it a bug is just blatantly false.
