Frequent Messageless CTD's

After disabling Darknut's Greater Dwemer ruins, my game has been plagued by CTD's without any error messages to explain the problem, with it being guaranteed to occur in the Mournhold Palace Courtyard. Any suggestions? Here's a copy of my Morrowind.ini file:

Your ini has nothing to do with this.
Have you Updated and Repaired your Save file with Wrye Mash?
If it happens with New Games too, then there is a larger problem and has nothing to do with a removal of a mod.
