I saw a video of someone dual wielding blades and walked, not crouched, behind someone and slit their throat....

how do you do this? does this only work with blades,swords? (I'm carrying a mace)
is there a certain skill involved or a perk??

Sneaking, doing power attack within melee range. I think its only with swords and daggers.
