I'm pretty sure that gamebooster works on everything and I wouldn't hope much of an improvement from any "game improving" program, just optimize your windows.

I like how on that page there's a link saying "Is Internet Explorer slow? 5 things to try"
They should be
1. Try Firefox
2. Try Chrome
3. Try Opera
4. Try Safari
5. Try (whatever non-IE browser you can think of)
