Use High res textures/DX 11 patch? Both?

Ive been trying to get into Crysis 2 but one thing or another keeps bugging me. As of now I've been running 1.9 with the High Res Textures/DX 11 patch with MaLDoHDv3 as well with some success.

Ive been able to get around 40 frames per second so far (granted Im only in the second mission, right when you first get outside the first building, reminds me of the first time you see the sun in the original crysis :) ) so im hoping performance isn't a huge issue, however Ive been noticing texture flickering. (mainly within the trees and decals on the ground)

My Rig consists of 4Gb ram, a q6600 @ 2.81 and a gtx460 768mb on Win 7 64bit SP1

I suspect that the reason why my textures are flickering is because of running out/nearly out of memory.

I guess my question is, should I even be running the two patches together (much less the HD mod) and if not, what gives me the better look? Should I stick with DX 11 and ditch the Texture Pack? Or should it be the other way around?

I almost thought that by using MaLDoHD I could ditch the texture pack completely since MaLDoHD really does the same thing but also adds graphical enhancements/optimization. Could be wrong though.

Sorry if that post seems a bit..........jumbled

Just to update, it seems that just using MaLDoHDv3 with the DX11 patch helps me greatly in performance and visual quality. Its possible I guess that I was running overkill with the HD texture patch as well, as it seems less optimized than MaLDo's mod.
