None of these characters felt real to me, they seemed more like robots going about their business than actual people. Their writing was bland and soulless, and at the end of the day I didn't care about any of them. Elder Lyons and James had the most potential out of these particular characters, unfortunately that potential seemed wasted to me.
The names sound familiar, but I don't remember who any of these characters are.
President Eden was probably the most memorable character in Fallout 3, largely because of Malcolm McDowell's acting. I don't think Eden really holds a candle to any of the major characters of New Vegas, though. Characters like Mr. House, Caesar, Vulpes Inculta, Lanius, Dog/God, Christine, Dean Domino, Joshua Graham etc were more intriguing and more memorable than Eden and Autumn (or any of Fallout 3's characters for that matter) in my honest opinion.

I forfit my argument. You're right. Those characters are more developed and thought through now that I think about it more.
Fallout New Vegas characters > Fallout 3 characters
