So i bought all the upgrades for my house on my warrior, and just now i realised that my bed is full of hay and random cloth staps... looks really ugly for a nice room like that. Is it bugged just like the house in Riften where if you don't buy the clean up before anything else, the blood stains will keep in there?

They take hitting the hay seriously in Whiterun.

tbh i like that the whiterun housees bed is a bit rugged i like the fell of living in a dated old house it gives me a sense of really living in the times instead of being surrounded by pointless grandeur for the size and location of the house

You want a nice house? Buy the one in Markarth. Solitude has a bigger house but I think the one in Markarth is really sweet. On new character and I am just going to get one house this time. Markarth is a crazy place too, where Whiterun is kinda bland.

Yeah, this. Sad that it's so out of the way on the map, though. Whiterun house would be awesome if it only had a bit more storage and an enchanting table.
