Are any of you guys getting absolutely fed up of people screaming "HACKER" when you are on a good killstreak?

I saw a guy in the chat saying "LOCO HACKER" ( LOCO is my clan name ) Yet I had 11 kills and 10 deaths lol.

It's really infuriating, Just when you begin to get a feel for the game ( after a month or two away from Crysis 2 ) You have a few bad rounds and then have a good one to be slammed as a hacker *sigh*

I really wish people would grow the hell up and not be so suspicious over a player who gets an average killstreak.

I mean.. What the hell has gaming come to when you can't even have a good game without some idiot screaming hacks.

It's really discouraging and I kinda feel that this is one factor as to why a lot of the good players don't play Crysis 2 anymore.

Because the game used to be plagued with hackers, once bitten twice shy. If you notice it's mainly only in Crysis 2 where people constantly shout HAX! all the time

I'm never good enough to have the finger pointed at me . I have seen some players who are known to be good players though who seem to be moving a lot faster than what I have been able to, but I bite my tongue 'cos they have a reputation as a 'great' player.
Some seem to know exactly where you are, even when the enemy radar is not activated. I just move on to another server (when I can find one).

yep, I captured a couple myself and you're right, C2 used to be full to the brim of them, Things seem to have calmed down a lot lately, Even though some still are prevalent but it's rarely I see them recently.

Let's hope some of these folks learn to recognise someone playing legit vs someone playing with aiming aids etc

its all about getting on a good run.

I always need 2 or 3 rounds just to warm up. Im a very sporadic player as I like to jump into stupid situations and then figure a way out. Once I am warmed up and start getting streaks The Hacker blame comes in. Even if Im negative. Luckily there is usually someone else on the server who will shout "he isn't hacking" As I would for someone else was just playing well.

I feel that it's motivating. Someone calling you a hacker is a compliment for me, it shows that you are doing something right at the moment.
Ofcourse it svcks if you have a good game going on and get kicked out, but thats online gaming, sht happens.

What do you expect from a community where 80% guys playing in pubs are all noobs.Being called hacker lots of time.LOL even pros sometimes called me hack when i kicked their asses.When videkick is started against me,i generally ask them the reason, most of the time they say there is no way you can kill me that many time without hacks.Best thing to do is to play with friends and ignore noob crying hacks.

I think I've had one or two hackusations in this game but I'm a very average player and only play a couple of times a week. I do remember when the game was totally infested with cheaters. Thing is Crytek are silent on what their cheat measures are so most people are wary of anyone doing well because they cannot be sure that they haven't modified some setting to give them an advantage. It's because people have no confidence in the cheat protection the game employs that they feel people are likely to be cheating.

Still, I haven't been kicked from a server due to a cheat accusation so who cares.

I've never had any hackusations, and I'm a slightly-above-average player.
So yes, it's kinda sad that average people still get kicked. (Read: Not just accused.)

And yeah, cheating is kinda hard to spot with the buggy-ass killcam.

I would love spectator mode if only to watch some of the guys that may be suspect.

Like Madness said, this game had and has hackers, so people are suspicious...

yea gizmo, i was in that game lol, laughed hard when that guy started crying, sometimes its really amusing to see how people whine and cry but most of time its just bloody annoying. The thing is its not that hard to spot a cheater, youtube has tons of videos about them and you can see thy are pretty easy to spot.

Ah it's a bloody nuisance isn't it Fistan when people whine that someone who's playing better than them suddenly get called out as a hacker lol.

If they want to see hacker's they should check out youtube of BF3 beta vids, I was in a game with a guy who was teleporting the ENTIRE enemy team to a room packed with C4 and he would blow the C4 as they teleported in.

I'm not gonna let hackusations put me off this game though, I'm max rank now anyway so Maybe I ought to just host my own server and let them moan and complain all they want.

I popped a cloaker at 100 yards on lighthouse a few weeks back.

He called hack, I explained my loadout and he gave me an instant and sincere apology. I can't remember his name but it was good to have someone with respectable convictions in the server. Not everyone will admit they are wrong - some people aren't strong enough. This guy was.

get that every now and again people calling hack since ive been using the same load out. grendal scope and visor enhance 3.
i dont even bother watching any kill cam now as its so buggy.the amount of times ive been killed as ive gotten round corners out of the way of gun fire only to die 10 steps later
i now only vote against obvious hackers ie speed/ammo/ firing from cloak and people running through fookin walls lol

roflmaoXD now that is some creative hacking..

i had hackusations.In my whole life i was votekicked for sniping. Just using gauss and got a couple of headshots early in the round( some of them was "caught in the line of fire") and the noobs started votekicking me and they were successful imagine how many xp were wasted. Including the time i was using the scar and the jackal they accused me of using aimbots but luckily some pros and i wasnt kicked out of the mtach. Noobs first step is how to identify and prove if a player is a hacker.

It is good to play with some pros/experts or good ppl who knows when to say "he is a hacker" cause they will defend and support you when you are being acused of hacking thus you wont be kicked out of a match. But not all of them will defend you

There is some annoying guy always trying to votekick me in every match we play together... He uses FY71 all the time, and accuses me for cheating (even if my score is lame).

I'm gonna say his name now, hoping he'll see this post and discuss this with me...

PS. Ryhard, don't be mad when I kill you, steal your FY71 and pwn you more with it... it's just a game. It doesn't mean if you bought that op weapon, you should be always 1st on the list
