It's a hardware issue on the PS3 in the way the memory is set up. Blame Sony for not using universal memory like everyone else in the universe. Pretty stupid thing to do.

Someone answer seriously, if the lag can't be fixed with a patch fro the ps3, what happens? Do they reissue for ps3?

You can NOT release DLC for the ps3 current version. It's broke.

I play on PS3. It's a little glitchy and laggy, but it isn't broke. Especially after the last patch.
