Some people was see last kill on me (i was die last), and some was see how Wilczik kill (he killed last man in enemy team).

That's probably some bug in game. It's possible to make a draw if match ends within the time limit, but not with kills limit. It could be for example 74-74 in last second of the match, but you can't both reach kills limit :/

You lost that round, its just a bug.

If you add up the scores, 74 kills on your team & 75 kills on the opposing team(see your reference picture and the math shall tell you)

Its not bug. We and others got frag in this same time. Team, who first take 75 frags win, but there we can see 2 teams with 75 frags.

Lol, first time i see a DRAW at TIA! xD
