Do slasher and psycho stack? : Fallout: New Vegas

So tried going into a particular battle hopped up on psycho. I got killed, and reloaded my quick save.
Just for the heck of it, I took psycho and slasher this time. I cleaned the place out in a few seconds. :gun:

So it seems like the damage bonus from slasher and psycho stack, but I only have that one encounter to base it on. Anyone know for certain?

Well, if definitely does not stack. No extra damage when I added slasher after psycho. Sorry folks, but the vault is actually correct for once.
