Alright, I think all of us know about Youtube's audio transcribe beta and I wanted to see what Youtube thought Victor was sayind. I found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJ_FmAA3vME&feature=relmfu. At about 3 minutes 30 seconds in, Victor is spoken to.

For those that don't know, you can click the little CC icon on the bottom of the youtube vid to get a text translation of what youtube "thinks" is being said. It's hilarious.

I LOL'd when Doc Mitchell said "It's called a Pip-Boy" and YouTube translates it to "big hole in the morning"!
