I really don't mind climbing 7000 steps to high hrothgar, but it would be nice to have a quick way down. Skiing has been part of Norse culture for thousands of years. For those who enjoy cross country skiing, it would also be a quicker way to traverse those snowy areas. Superior than a horse, since wolves wont eat your skis.

Make one of the Greybeards Ice Form you near a ledge. It's better than skiing.

ROFL. Snow(bandit)boarding would be awesome.

The easiest way to clim down is to wall walk. Just hug the cliffside and you can
easily walk down in seconds. It takes a little practise, but it works!:)

Also a nice way get past areas with many high lvl mobs;)

More than that, it would benefit from a proper climbing mechanic, for those slopes too steep to even walk up diagonally.
