Can't load saved games! : Crysis

So whenever I try to load a saved game, the game freezes and crashes. I can load up missions just fine, but if I die in the middle of a mission I have to start the whole thing over because I can't load checkpoints.

I've done some research and it looks like it might be associated with the DX11 patch. Is there going to be a fix for this any time soon? It is kind of game breaking and extremely frustrating..

Reinstall Crysis 2 and delete your whole Crysis 2 profile folder (Username- Saved Games- Crysis 2)!

This didn't work. Still crashes whenever I load a checkpoint...

6 GB of RAM
7200 RPM HDD
Geforce GTX 470 (DirectX 11)

It's plenty capable of running the game at max settings.

And you completely reinstalled your game and deleted your whole Profile? If nothing works, contact EA support
