Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System from Fallout would have been a awesome addition to Archery!

Now I know this isn't Fallout so we wont see ligaments blowing of people when hit by an arrow but how about disarming, eye shots, sticking enemies to walls and shooting guards in the knees!?

V.A.T.S. would be pretty overpowered so making this a 100 skill unlock seems like a good idea.

I hope you have thick skin, considering the replies this will probably receive.

OT: You can zoom in and enter slow motion with bows. Aiming is very easy and V.A.T.S. is not required.

You sort of do have vats, with the slow time perk. Zooming in on their face close up, its pretty vats style.
