hey guys and gals how goes the questing? i was wondering if someone would be able to help a brother from another mother out. you have a choice of two gloves to wear the light armor gloves (shrouded gloves) which backstab does double damage or cloth gloves (shrouded hand wraps) which double sneak attack damage with one handed weapons. i was wondering if the damage output was the same or if one is better then the other. thxs.

I think they do the same thing, but one provides armor and works for all weapons(one and two handed weapons), while the other only works for one handed weapons and provides no armor.

The gloves are "situation driven" assets. You'll probably use the wraps more often than the gauntlets. You can also acquire the Thieves guild gear for some neat combinations. You equip what you need based on the task at hand. Don't leave that other "cowl" behind either. You might like it.

The double sneak attack gloves are better then the backstab gloves. I would sacriface the armor to deal X30 damage with Daggers.

i was just wondering cause i am a mage/assasin loving it so much. took me awhile to figure out wit class i wanted to be. i am jack of all trades. can kill ppl so many different ways. stealth, charge in so much fun. i have alteration and i want to invest in mage armour cause my armour spells r extra better when i am wearing no armour gear. thxs all for posts.
