After i beat this game for the first time on a good karma somewhat deal. havent decided my ending yet lol. But i was thinking of going thru another playthrough where i go thru and wander the wasteland and i pretty just kill everyone i come into contact with to get a lot of guns and ammo. Anyone else done this yet?

Not yet. Going to eventually. Sally the Psychopath or some such. Keep at least one Doctor and merchant alive, though.

What I did (on one playthrough) was kill everyone except the town of Goodsprings or Novac (I did Novac because they have better merchandise than Goodsprings) so you'll have a doctor, a merchant, and a home. Have fun :tops:

I had a play through, focused on explosives and melee. Pretty much used a giant missile launcher and a super sledge, both are not very nice ways to go out of this world. Bloody Mess makes it even more fun and combine that with Cannibal, it's dinner time!
