Horker and mammoth tusks?

Any in-game way to grind these into powder or otherwise use them. I have a chest full of them.

They aren't used for anything as far as I know, besides one Mammoth Tusk being used in a small misc quest. Otherwise, keep them as a collectable or sell 'em.
