****(Be warned: This content is only interesting for people that like to roleplay and that have learned how to balance out personal gameplay with the world. Those of you that are still stuck in complaining mode about Skyrim's short comings, rather than exploring all that it has to offer, is not welcome here. I've posted twice on these boardes and already ignorant people take the thread out of context just to find a ways to insult the game. Therefore, if you don't like what you read thats fine, blast me for that, but, DO NOT say crap like: "You have to make ways to have the game balanced and make it fun cause its broken." You see, crap like that pissess me off not because its rude, stupid and ungrateful, which it is all those things, but rather its pissess me off because its a LIE and the people that preach such none sense are they themselves are the ones who are broken. So, please don't do it thx.)****
I'll write a brief guide on how to create a believable and very rewarding start for an Orc. This maybe considered if your stuck on trying to figure out what to do on another play through. You may be asking yourself what makes me think i have the know how to run an RP guide? I'll just say this: I've put more than 200 hours of time in the game with over 4 different charactors and classes and i've found a way to play on my own without the help of internet aid, and its a way of playing i HIGHLY recommend. I've also done RP threads that were quite popular on Fallout 3 forums sometime ago. After its all said and done you will be very happy with your Orc and what he has I promise. Lets see how i do here.
Instructions:
1) Create an Orc (duh) The only points your going to spend on perks is for Two Handed Weapons, Blacksmith, and Heavy Armor. If you can't spend the points save them until you can.
2) Put game on Master difficulty. And DO NOT, use the warrior stone that makes you level up faster. NO stone at all, period. You can get the resting bonus for sleeping in beds, however.
3) No fast traveling except for public transportion, and from one Orc stronghold to another.
4) You are crossing the border into skyrim because you want to find work at one of the Orc's strongholds as a miner. After you get out of Helgon, do not start the main quest. Your main objective is to locate one of the Orc strongholds. You will need to survive until then and DO NOT go to wiki to find it. It took me around 15 to 20 hours to find. Thus, the ways you earn income in the mean time is by working the fields, chopping wood, mining, blacksmithing, doing bounties and hunting. You are not a theif, so dont steal. You are also not a City Orc, so no other side quest besides bounties. This is the hard life in Skyrim, but the rewards are many. You must always carry an axe, bow, a pick, mining clothes, blacksmith clothes, clothes to hunt in, and clothes to travel through the city in (You'll find these along the way). Thus, the goal is to get your blacksmithing up to Orish weapons and armor while you are searching for a stronghold and the way that you do that is by working. You may hire a temporary merc to help you with bounties when you can afford it.
5)Once you find the Orc strongholds, talk to every singal Orc and read every book in the living areas. Once you find the Orc camps, thats the only place you can sleep now.
6)Once life at the strongholds begins youll want to make sure your blacksmith is at Orish. Get an Orc follower and have you and your follower equiped with Orish Weapons and Armor. In order to do this youll need to spend alot of times in the mines getting the ore.
7)After you and your follower is equipped with Orish Armor, you are confindent that you can handle a quest that one of the strongholds have. Dont worry, its the only real quest that the strongholds give. Its the one were youll have to turn in two items, which i wont say what they are, but it starts up something important.
8)After that questline you should be feeling pretty dam good about yourself. You'll have a great reward, you and your follower will have bad ass armor, you have places to mine from to increase you blacksmith even more, a place to lay your head, and three other followers you need to equip with weapons and armor. Thus, get back to mining and blacksmithing to get that done.
9)You will discover these Orcs favor the Empirer. Now its time for you to join the Empire.
10) You will be given a set of Imerpiral gear. You must keep it on you at all times along with the other things in point 4. The storaged you have is only what you and your follower can carry. You have no storage for now. Unless you can find a way to become chief at one of the Orc camps.
11) Now that you are a soldier in a war you will be doing two things:1) Following the civil war questline slowly and 2) "Being creative" on how you are fighting the stormcloaks. Otherwords youll be raiding the forts. When you are in your Imperial uniform stormcloaks attack on site. Also, when you get so far along in the civil war story, youll have to start the main quest in order to continue with the civial war questline. Thats ok, now you get dragons!! But be warned, when you get the dragon bones you cant store them at a box, so you may have to sell them. I think you should have about 100 pounds of space. But that gets eatten up fast if you holding onto food, mats, and a few loot. Anyway, your main method of income now will be from raiding forts. Get the locations of forts from the maps on the Generals desk. And dont rush the cival war

Other tips: You are not going to be a rich Orc. Everything you do will be a fight for survial. You wont even be able to afford poitions. And your Orc will not create any. You can only use what you find when it comes to poitions. Also, you will need to rely heavy on food. So make sure you start cooking and collecting food to survie fights. You will be allowed to use the enchanter. But you cant grind it up AT all. In fact, when you get your special reward from the Orc stronghold you will need soul gems and you wont be able to afford the ones that are already filled. When the time comes that you need soul gems, you are should make one enchanted two handed weapon. This weapon will have a the "if a creature dies in 1 sec of death, it captures the soul" enchantment. This will help you keep you death machine filled up without breaking the bank. When you loot, you will be able to use lockpicks, just dont invest any skills into it. When you kill regual trash mob you should only be looting poitions, coins and arrows. You only have a limited amount of space, limited amount of coin but youll have one bad ass Orc. The game wont start picking up until you've found the Orc strongholds but dont worry, Somebody out there rewards those who rise to the challenge. And that is no joke!
Any questions please feel free to ask. And if you try this out find this thread on down the line and share you experinces. Its only when people give me positive feedback that i desire to write out guides.
After the civial war is over, i may have some more tips to share, but right now thats were i'm at. I have almost 40 hours in my Orc and i'm having more fun with him than i did with my theif/assassin that i have 120 hours in who is also very rich in blood money. Or you guys can take it from there. This is not meant to be an all encompassing guide for an Orc, just his Orgin story.
Good luck and enjoy.
This is the Orgin stroy of the Orc. Lets start an Orc Movement
