Bloopers

Post » Wed Dec 14, 2011 7:32 pm

My biggest blooper in Skyrim was in the main quest. Supposedly you are to walk the 7000 steps up to High Hrothgar and the Greybeards. Well I missed the part about the steps and spent about two hours climbing up the other side of the mountain. Found out about the 7000 steps later when my girlfriend was playing, lol.

dont bump after 10 minutes. pretty sure you have to wait 24 hours to bump, its at least a much longer time than 10 minutes.

as for bloopers, one of mine would be killing a dragon then walking over to the wall completely missing the fact that there was a coffin waiting near it, so a priest pops out.

I bumped because the thread moved of the page in like 1-2 minutes. Sometimes you have to bump due to the fact that the forum is frequently busy. Didn't know there were rules to it. I do appologize.

New character, first dungeon (for the Dragonstone) : there's that slapping spiky trap and draugrs coming out of alcoves. I'm going trololol around them, they follow me in the range of the trap and I sprint on the trigger. The trap triggers, the draugrs are killed and I avoid it. Ah ha ha too easy. Then I take the direction to the next room, walks on the trigger again and the trap slaps me in the face. My lifeless body went through the room and that made me laugh a lot!

I was fighting bandits again at Valtheim (sp?). It was a cakewalk. Then I run over the bridge to kill a bandit and whoops fell right over the edge to my death. so much for the cakewalk.

Shatter-shield daughters lie dead, Tova, the matron, just committed suicide. Torbjorn sits in the same room, noms on a piece of bread and greets me: MY FAVOURITE DRINKING BUDDY, LET'S GO GET SOME MEAD.

To dramatize slightly and quote a show:

"Ha! They're using some kind of water as a trap? Too easy. I'll just go around it."

*Proceeds to battle draugrs in middle of trap with fire*

"Wait a second, that isn't water..that's-" *Floor gets set on fire* "-Gas."

*Proceeds to burn to death in own flames*

Oh science I did this, too. I had to do a LOT of jumping up really steep cliffs to get to the top, I tell you ... Must have taken me at least an hour, if not two.

This is actually an NPC blooper, but I found it hilarious as hell: I went to rescue Thorald from the Thalmor keep, slew every Thalmor there and brought Thorald out into the yard. After thanking me he turned to a dead Thalmor guard, kneeled and grumbled: "I'll find whoever did this." Stockholm Syndrome?

I was hunting deers near whiterun
Suddenly Vigilance, my dog, started flying over me, thinking himself a dragon
Suddenly I realize he was sitting on a butterfly

I wonder, can we do this too

Anyway, it was hilarious !

Somehow I crafted a potion and a http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b226/d4saken1/ScreenShot10.jpg got into it.. became smart enough to open doors.

One time I FUS RO DAH! and it scared a http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b226/d4saken1/ScreenShot11.jpg so badly he became an Ostrich.

I fired an arrow, then did Slow-Mo shout. I stab a guy in the face, then turn around to see the lantern that my arrow had accidently hit falling slowly. I look down and see I am dead in the middle of a HUGE oil pool. I turn and try to run, all in slow-mo, but don't come even close. It hits, everything explodes and I am violently slammed against the ceiling and killed. But, damn it was funny.
