in all my years of modding i have never actually learnt how to make an icon, so i guess its time to learn.

How do you go about making an icon? Is there a tutorial/guide out there?

I just printscreen from Nifskope and paste into Paintshop for most items. Cut out the background to make transparent and reduce. Works good most of the time.
