If you reanimate bodies a lot, I'd suggest looking out for vigilants. I was level six or seven and was attacked by them. I wonder if vampires and werewolves get attacked by vampire/werewolf hunters.

Vigilants attack anything that is inhumane, that should be human. They are against vampires, werewolves, necromancy, and stuff like that.

And a vampire or werewolf will get attacked by anybody, if certain circumstances are met. People might also just flee, it all depends. But yes, there are people and groups in the game dedicated to the hunting of werewolves, and vampires.

Hmm I don't think I had any corpses reanimated, but I'll try again some time. So do Vigilants automatically attack you if your a werewolf (even in human form) and what stage of vampirism?

They are the human version of the thalmor and attack anything that is made by daedra or is undead.

I may have reanimated a corpse, but I did kill it yet they attacked me.

Not if you are in human form, no. Not unless somebody has seen you transform in town, and the word has spread. And usually you're only attacked in Stage 4 by people, but Vigilants will attack you regardless of what stage.
